About TutorSathi: TutorSathi is an online platform that helps learners book tutors for online and home tuition. We do not sell any physical goods. All offerings are services delivered by tutors and/or the TutorSathi platform.

Scope

This policy applies to all bookings, packages, and subscriptions made through tutorsathi.com and related channels.

General Cancellations

You may cancel a booking, package, or subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us.

For one-to-one sessions, you may reschedule directly with the tutor where available. Rescheduling is subject to the tutor’s calendar and our platform rules.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Because TutorSathi provides access to tutor time and service slots, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, unused sessions, missed sessions, or partial use of a package.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. When you cancel, access remains available until the end of the current billing period.

No refunds or credits are issued for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades.

No Shipping

TutorSathi provides services only. There are no shipments or delivery charges.

Payments & Security

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe/PayPal). Your card/banking details are handled by those providers and not stored by TutorSathi.

If a payment is reversed (e.g., chargeback), access to services may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

Service Issues

If a tutor is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will assist with rescheduling or finding a replacement tutor. While fees are non-refundable, we aim to ensure your booked learning hours are delivered.

How to Cancel

You can cancel by:

1. Logging in to your TutorSathi account and using the cancellation option for the relevant booking/subscription, or

2. Contacting us using the details below with your booking/subscription ID.
